Micro Vibratory Sifter

The Micro Vibrating Screen Machine is the only existing sieving equipment in China designed to solve the problems of static electricity, agglomeration and low production capacity, which adopts a special structural design to enhance the strength of the sifter and ensure high yield.  

Especially in the application of Lithium materials, the production capacity is 2 to 3 times that of ordinary separator. In particular, for the screening of high-mesh Ternary materials of 325 mesh and 400 mesh, Lithium iron phosphate 200 mesh and other materials, the efficiency is greatly improved and the screening effect is obvious.

Unique automatic welding device guarantees the welding process and prevent the sieve frame from breaking. 


Top and bottom eccentric weights

The three-dimensional vibratory motion is caused by the combined efforts of the upper and lower eccentric blocks. The upper eccentric weights control the vibration in the horizontal plane, the force generated causes material to move across the mesh cloth from the center to periphery.

The lower eccentric blocks control the vertical motion of the sifter and the pattern that the materials form when moving across the screen mesh.

Ideally, the material must have a vertical movement as it travels horizontally across the mesh.
