The tipping station is mainly composed of a feeding bin and a screening system, the design of the feeding port is in line with the concept of artificial engineering to ensure comfort and safety during manual feeding. The internal curvature guarantees that the entire package of materials is completely put into the silo. The hydraulically opened dust cover has good sealing performance and guarantees no dust leakage during operation.

There is a screen inside the silo, made of stainless steel, which can effectively intercept packaging debris, large particles, impurities,etc., ensuring the quality of the product and not being contaminated.

The motor adopts an independent sealing structure to ensure that it will not come into contact with materials and lubricating oil will not enter the material, eliminating all risks.

The top of the silo is designed with a filter element and a backflush device to further ensure product quality and prevent dust from going the atmosphere and polluting the working environment.
