How Gyratory Sifter Works

The rectangular sifter equipment uses an imported motor as the power source, the structural design of the whole machine adopts German technology, and the transmission method imitates the manual patterns.

Screen Box Motion Trajectory

The reciprocating inertia force formed by the eccentric wheel of the driving device rotating around the fixed axis. According to its structural characteristics and principles, the gyratory screen generally adopts a horizontal design or a slightly titled design at a certain angle. After the square screen is started, the swing body reciprocates forward and backward under the action of inertial force, and the screen box drives the screen mesh surface to swing periodically. As a result, the materials make directional jumping motion along with the swing body to complete the screening process.   

Material Movement Trajectory

The material travels a long distance on the mesh surface, resulting in high screening accuracy and large yield. At the feed port, the material can be quickly spread flat on the screen mesh surface through the distributor device, the inclination angle and swing force of the rectangular screen will quickly pass the material through the screen mesh.
