The double-spiral conical blender adopts two screws parallel to the busbar of the conical cylinder, symmetrically distributed on both sides of the center line of the cone and intersecting at the bottom of the cone, connected to the central tie rod, and the upper parts of the twin-screws extend from the center to both ports. The horizontal arms are connected to form a mechanically symmetrical and balanced inverted triangle structure.
The double-screw blender has the advantages of not damaging the characteristics of the granular materials, not causing the materials to heat up and deteriorate, and will not cause segregation and stratification of the materials. Mainly used medicine, fuel, pesticides, chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, glass, gelatin, etc. to achieve powder-powder mixing, powder-liquid, liquid-liquid mixing, reaction, drying and cooling.
The revolution and rotation of the spiral cause the material to produce compound motion inside the cone, with the following main modes of motion:
The spiral rotates along the cylinder wall, causing the material to move in a circular motion along the cone wall
The rotation of the spiral causes the material to gradually rise with the spiral from the bottom of the cone
The compound motion of the rotation and revolution of the spiral causes part of the material to be absorbed into the spiral cylinder. At the same time, the centrifugal force of the spiral rotation causes part of the material in the spiral cylinder to be discharged in the radial direction of the cone
The rising material falls under the action of its own gravity
The above-mentioned composite movement mode causes the materials to form convection, shearing and diffusion to achieve rapid and uniform mixing.
