The main problems in the battery material are as follow:
◆Clogging problem
Our sieving frame uses a combination of manual and automatic technology, and take instruments and meters to measure the tension and flatness of the screen mesh to increase the screening rate and extend the service life of the mesh cloth.
◆Static electricity
Equipped with a static eliminate device to prevent the static electricity of particle from agglomerating and blocking the mesh. Long-term operation will cause mesh damage, affect product quality, rework, high cost and increase the probability of product contamination.
◆Throughput
Our vibrating sifter are aimed at high-nickel material, lithium iron phosphate, lithium manganate, ternary materials, the particle diameter is 3-5um, and the production capacity is 3-4 times that of ordinary equipment, such as 250 mesh, 325 mesh, 400 mesh, 650 mesh,etc.

It adopt anti-powder leakage design to V-shaped clamps, silicone rubber sealing rings to enhance durability and sealing, and unique frame structure design.
