The customer purchased the mixer for nickel-iron alloy powder, and the V-shaped blenders are used in the Houston and Oakland factories in the United States.
The nickel-based alloy powder mixing process mainly includes mechanical alloying method and plasma rotating electrode method.
◆Mechanical alloy method
A variety of metal powders are mixed into alloy powder through high-energy ball milling, nickel powder and alloy elements are put into the high-energy ball mill, and mechanical force causes the powder to react in a solid state to generate nickel-based alloy powder.
◆Plasma rotating electrode method
Using a plasma arc as a heat source, the molten metal electrode is sprayed into droplets by centrifugal force, and then cooled to form a powder.
Through the above process, the alloy powder has better fluidity and higher purity, ensuring high mixing efficiency, consistent mixing uniformity and short mixing time.
